I document the mundane, banal & commonplace side of human nature; the ignored scenery of everyday life. For me, life is full of photographic moments.
My photographs are unfiltered, unmanipulated and only processed as I would have when developing and printing my own analogue film rolls. Also, I prefer them seen as a story so publish most of my work, not just a selection of best shots. They are viewable here in the Slideshow Gallery or as movies on YouTube.
These days, many of my photographs are out of focus, at odd angles, bereft of heads, laden with camera shake and other attributes many would call mistakes or poor technique. I like it that way, it's closer to the reality I see.
I have spent my life taking photographs I hoped others would like - they never have. A few years ago I decided to make images I like. Finally I am happy with my work.
Club / Event Visuals and Album Covers
If anyone wants to use my photographs or slideshows/videos as visuals for a club or venue or album cover; I am happy for that to happen, no charge. I only ask that you let me know which and give me some kind of credit.
